Our philosophy
Indian food is much more than curry and naan.
Some of India's most honest and memorable food is found on its streets, in home kitchens, small neighbourhood eateries and family recipes passed down through generations.
And because India is incredibly diverse, its food changes from region to region – from the coastal kitchens of Kerala to the streets of Mumbai, the royal kitchens of Lucknow, the flavours of Bengal, the spice-rich cooking of Chettinad and the comforting food of Punjab, Sindh and Jammu.
